Eid-ul Adha Mubarak!

A day of eating, drinking and remembering Allah!

“Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Laaillaha ilAllahu, Wallahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Walillaahil Hamd!”

“تَقَبَّلَ اللهُ مِنَّا وَمِنكُم

“Taqabbal Allahu minna wa minkum” - May Allah accept it from us and you.

MRDF team wishes you, your family, and friends a joyous Eid-ul Adha Mubarak. We hope you all had a wonderful day of celebration and more importantly, remembering Allah Subhana Wa Ta’ala. We remember Allah's kindness and mercy that He has guided us through this sacred month and allowed us to observe the 10 best days of the year. Within it, we were allowed to observe the greatest day of the year (the day of ‘Arafah), followed by the day of Nahr (the day of Sacrifice). Those who did not make the great Hajj journey celebrated the day of Eid. A day of eating, drinking, and remembering Allah.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
“The days of al-Tashreeq are the days of eating, drinking, and remembering Allah.”
[Muslim]

Our mashayekh visited different communities in London and congregated in the parks to pray Eid Salah in the open, just like our Prophet ﷺ and Companions performed. We ask Allah to accept all of the efforts of our mashayekh who consistently dedicate their time to dawah and serving the people.

Thousands, of people attended with their families and friends. It was a beautiful experience to see so many people who gathered to start their Eid day with the worship and remembrance of Allah. We ask Allah to accept all our good deeds during the days of Dhul-Hijjah and to make it heavy on our scales on the day of Judgment.

Let us continue to glorify Allah during these days of Tashreeq and remember the ummah in your duas. 🤲
