Zad al-Ma'ad classes

On every Tuesday at the Islamic Dawah Centre in East London, MRDF holds classes on Zad al-Ma’ad (Provisions of the Hereafter), a classic text encompassing Fiqh and Seerah by the illustrious scholar Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawziyyah (rahimahullah). These classes, organised by MRDF’s Muslim Development division iProgress, are delivered by Shaikh Haitham al-Haddad. Having run since the summer of 2006, currently the Chapter of Prayer is being brought to a close. There are approximately 60 regular attendees, both male and female.

The classes are digitally recorded and a written transcript of the lesson is produced and sent out electronically to the students afterwards. There are also exams set periodically to ensure that students are tested on what they have retained from the lessons. It is anticipated that in the future, by the permission of Allah, the classes will eventually be available to view online.

The classes are held every Tuesday at 7:30pm at the Islamic Dawah Centre, 398 High Street North, Manor Park, London E12 6RH.
